    Charming staff and spacious rooms

    The staff was cute and professional, making an effort to cater to our needs. The spacious room offered a comfortable stay, complemented by a wonderful breakfast selection.

    While the main amenities were enjoyable, the restaurant service during dinner was confusing and our orders were mixed up, leading to a few disappointed diners in our group.

    No complaints whatsoever, I had a wonderful stay and would go back in flash. Everything was first-class, incredibly beautiful hotel, the location was excellent close enough to nearby shopping facilities, bars and restaurants and Brazil on a birding holiday and the restaurant which was very nice food, wine & local beer. The breakfast was fantastic, with a lot of food.

    The gym facilities were decent for a hotel, and breakfast featured a nice selection.

    The first room had a broken bathroom door that wouldn't lock, while the second had a leaking toilet hose and poor shower drainage that left standing water. Some rooms had a foul smell, dirty curtains with stains, and a complete lack of decoration.

    It was just a fitting option for a short weekend trip in Cuiaba with very good value for money. The staff was friendly and the bed was really comfortable, made getting rest easy. Try to get up early for breakfast. It's a nice way to start the day.

    I stayed in the Superior Beautiful Double Room for 2 nights. The room was spacious, nice, and the staff were super professional and easy to chat with. I loved the big breakfast buffet. It was excellent. But the service at the restaurant was a bit slow. A comfy spot, just wish the service was quicker.

    The staff at gran odara were helpful, especially when i needed assistance due to my injured foot. The gym facilities were excellent, and the outdoor pool area wasnice and neat. It was a great spot to relax. The food was really tasty, and i enjoyed the varied menu.

    the breakfast selection was excellent, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a great start to my day. They even extended the breakfast service on a Sunday, which was a thoughtful touch. the rooms were spacious, well-equipped, and impeccably clean. the friendly staff, many of whom spoke English, were always on hand to assist with any needs. the hotel also impressed with its ability to cater to allergies at the breakfast buffet. the hotel's location near a supermarket was convenient.
